After 25 years of being chubby, I finally got fed up with my weight problem and decided to do something about it – and not just one of those weekend diet plans which always end in a junk food binge by Monday. After a lot of research, I finally decided to go with Hydroxycut Shape because it is made especially for women and has lots of vitamins in it too.
I wanted to make sure that I wasn’t going to waste the Hydroxycut pills so I made up a 10 day plan for meals and dieting. After all my failed diet attempts, I knew that I needed to be realistic. I wasn’t going to starve myself but was going to get rid of all the junk foods. I purged my kitchen of chips, cookies and ice cream bars. Then I went to the health food store and got some fun healthy foods like whole wheat bread with sun dried tomatoes in it, low-fat pop corn for snacks, tilapia and veggie burgers. These were health foods I knew that I would actually eat. I hate exercising so I instead made a deal with my neighbor that I would walk his dog for the next two weeks.
When my Hydroxycut order arrived, I was 182 pounds, which is well over the healthy weight of a 32-year-old woman who is 5’7”. I wasn’t sure if I would have side effects from Hydroxycut since I don’t usually drink anything with caffeine so I only took half the recommended dosage during the first two days. I also made sure to drink all the water as it recommended. The great thing about drinking so much water is that you stop feeling hungry. Plus, Hydroxycut was curbing my appetite so I didn’t have my usual hunger pangs at all.
I would take my first Hydroxycut pills right when I woke up and 30 minutes before a breakfast of granola and yogurt. The second dosage was great because I’d take it while at work and it gave me a nice boost of energy so I didn’t get sluggish like I normally do. The last dosage I would take when I got home from work at 5pm and before I took my neighbor’s dog for his walk.
